Channy discovered Tangelo in 2016 and instantly connected with the culture. She enjoys working with an amazing group of people who are passionate about serving our community and improving our clients’ experience.
Channy started her career as a medical receptionist over 25 years ago then transitioned into medical billing shortly after. She also spent some time with an insurance company in their call center and in their claims adjudication, then found her way back into billing where she thrives.
Currently, Channy takes pride in handling all of Tangelo’s credentialing so that our providers can focus on delivering exceptional care. Outside of Tangelo, when Channy isn’t focused on continually improving our billing processes, she enjoys golfing and connecting with family and friends.
