Elbow Pain Therapy

SIGNS & SYMPTOMS OF ELBOW PAIN

Many people experience elbow pain or soreness after activities like weightlifting, throwing, and racquet sports. However, elbow pain can be brought on by smaller, repetitive tasks as well and can manifest itself in activities as ordinary as turning a doorknob.

The elbow is designed to extend, flex, and rotate the hand. Pain in or around the elbow can manifest from repeated stress due to lack of stability and mobility and even dysfunction in shoulder and wrist.

SERVICE FOR ELBOW PAIN

At Tangelo, we don’t just look at the pain site – we work with you to find the pain source. We also look for movement dysfunction and weakness in your wrist, shoulders, and grip to see what contributed to the condition. We’ll take you through an extensive assessment to look at your body mechanics and to make sure that once you get out of pain, you stay out of pain. From your assessment, we’ll create a customized plan for you that involves a blend of advanced, manual therapy and movement, including progressive, functional rehabilitation.

Low-Back Pain
