We’ve got a new name and a new brand. We’re launching two new clinics. There’s so much that we’re excited about. But I also want to talk about what will stay the same. Here’s the what and the why behind our new name.
The workplace is where a lot of us first experience a sore or achy low back. There is a direct correlation between sitting for long periods of time and low back pain. Prevention is key. You can help prevent low back pain by understanding why prolonged sitting makes your back hurt, and by learning a few movements that can help correct these issues.
