Carmine Tong is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Fascial Stretch therapist originally from Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Carmine graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in B.C Canada where the training, education and licensing standards are considered to be among the highest in the world for massage therapists. Prior to becoming an LMT, Carmine was a personal trainer and a merchandising and marketing professional until her love of movement and manual therapy resulted in a career change.
Carmine believes in an integrative approach to her treatments where she utilizes her training in soft tissue release techniques, movement and stretch therapy to personalize a treatment plan. She has worked with a wide range of people; from desk jockeys to athletes, and hopes to empower her patients with the knowledge she has gained – assisting her patients on their journeys to living an active, healthy life.
In her spare time, Carmine enjoys weightlifting, Pilates and creating healthy dishes. She also enjoys hiking and exploring the natural beauty of the PNW with her husband and dog.
