Dr. Meghan Baker received her Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. There she also completed her Masters in Sports Medicine – working with everyone from marathoners and Crossfit athletes to chronic headache and MVA patients.
Dr. Baker has always had a passion for health and wellness. She values helping people one-on-one, as well as improving the overall well-being of her community. Her goal is to provide patients with the treatment and tools they need to feel healthy, strong and empowered to do the things they love. In addition to chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Baker utilizes such tools as functional movement screening, ART and myofascial release, Graston, and K-Tape. She believes in tailoring each visit to the patient’s specific needs and goals through collaboration with Tangelo’s rehab specialists.
Dr. Baker is originally from Vancouver, Canada and loves to travel – whether it is a last minute hiking and surfing trip to Maui or a road trip down the coast to San Francisco. When she is not at the clinic or planning her next adventure, Dr. Baker can be found zipping around the city on her bike (usually in search of food), swinging kettlebells at her local gym, attempting to stay still for a minute in yoga, or hitting up the local live music scene.
