Dr. Michele Fuerst, a transplant from eastern Washington has been an active person her whole life. She is a multi-sport athlete (swimming, softball, basketball, soccer, volleyball and track) and rowed crew for Washington State University, where she graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. She attended Life Chiropractic in the sunny Bay Area of California where she earned her Doctorate of Chiropractic.
An avid hiker and weightlifter, Dr. Michele’s focus and drive is to empower her patients to feel confident, strong and able within their own body by focusing on pairing treatment with education. Dr. Michele utilizes a combination of Active Release Technique (ART), kinesiology taping, soft tissue cupping and chiropractic adjusting to best help her patients heal and get back to doing what they love!
Dr. Michele is a firm believer in the idea that the human body is meant to move frequently and move well. She therefore knows that it is imperative that treatment is paired with functional movement rehabilitation, so her patients feel secure as they move and live out their active lifestyles.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Michele enjoys cooking/grilling/baking, reading, hiking/being in the mountains and/or near lakes, spending time with family and friends riding quads/dirt bikes/RZRs at her family cabin in Goldendale, WA, traveling all around the PNW and learning all the intricacies of the human metabolism and diet
