Kyle is an avid athlete and a recent transplant from Connecticut. He spent much of his youth training in martial arts and has a black belt in Shotokan. He worked several years as a lifeguard and five years as an Emergency Medical Technician and has always had a passion for helping people. While working as an EMT he saw first hand the effects of a sedentary lifestyle and how inactivity and poor movement can lead to serious dysfunction and disease. He believes very strongly in the power of exercise as preventative medicine.
He gained a passion to educate people on the human body and the importance of movement therapy. Because of his experience in the medical field he decided to study exercise and has received his bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Central Connecticut State University. Through his education he had the opportunity to intern at Kinetic Sports Rehab and has made it a full time career. Above all he seeks to share the knowledge he gains with others to get them out of pain, moving better and improve their lives.
