I was experiencing shoulder tightness that was causing numbness in a couple of my fingers.  I had gone to see a traditional chiropractor for a few sessions but my condition wasn’t improving.  The traditional ‘bone’ adjustments weren’t loosening up my tight shoulder muscles.  

I then found out about Tangelo and the rest is history.  Dr. Krysann was able to mix both traditional chiro adjustments with a lot of soft tissue work to loosen up my shoulders.  The soft tissue work included manual and mechanical massage, cupping, and taping.  She and the rehab team also taught me numerous stretches and posture reset exercises that I do at home to keep stretched and help loosen my shoulders.  I now find myself resetting my poor posture multiple times a day while I work in front of my computer.
