A true Portland native, Teala thrives in all things that pushes her body’s limits. She loves that Tangelo intertwines with her personal hobbies and the outlook of our body mechanics. Learning the fundamentals of nourishing her body is crucial to her life of being a mother to her two children.

During her down time you can find her doing long distance running with her 7 year old daughter, going to yoga classes, the gym, pilates, and cooking! She’s prideful of her cultural background of being Thai and teaching her two children how to cook different dishes!
