I have had a really great experience at Tangelo since coming in with some low back pain and nerve pains in my leg. The office is extremely clean and inviting. All of the staff are kind and welcoming as soon as you are greeted at the front desk! Dr. Mike was able to help me figure out what’s going on, has provided various modalities of care (laser, adjustments, KY taping), and has offered great advice for how to get myself back to competing. Laurence has also provided me with exercises to aid my recovery. All in all - wonderful experience at Tangelo. I would highly recommend visiting here for treatment!

I went to Tangelo with a year long hip injury from CrossFit and running. Dr. Mike listened to my issues with the hip and the goal I have to run a marathon later this year. He gave me a lot of background knowledge and broke down how the body works to repair this type of injury. He didn’t tell me stop running, which was a big win for me, but how to know when to stop and when it’s okay to keep pushing. Half of each session is done with Dr. Mike and half is done with Lawrence who is also very kind and knowledgeable. I’ve been given a variety movement and rehab to do at home or the gym. It’s only been 4 sessions and I’m running with little to no pain. I would highly recommend Tangelo!

I've been dealing with SI joint discomfort for several years and tried various chiros and PTs in the area, with pain coming back every time. This is the first place that has been working for me - each week I'm feeling more comfortable and capable, and can feel myself getting stronger. Dr. Morgan and Laurence have been incredible to work with. Their collaboration to help me meet my sports goals and support along the way has been a great experience, cannot recommend enough.

Went to Tangelo last fall to deal with some ongoing shoulder pain, and ended up getting help with my arthritic knees and so much more. Dr. Mike, Laurence & the whole team have been so thoughtful, patient, and knowledgeable. Not only have they addressed my pain but they have also given me tools to I can use ongoing to take care of myself and my body on my own. I am feeling stronger and more empowered than when I started. Highly recommend!

I had a great eight-week program with Dr. Mike to work on my neck and upper back. He was knowledgeable and explained reasons for my issues as well as strategies for improvement, including a long-term plan that I am implementing at home. I learned a ton from him and think differently now about my movements, posture and exercise. I also worked with Lawrence on a corresponding movement program and he was equally knowledgeable, instructive and patient. I knew I needed to make some changes, but didn't realize how much I had to learn. I chose well with these to gentlemen at Tangelo!

Dr. Morgan and Lawrence in West Seattle are wonderful. I came in with both a frozen shoulder from an old injury and a newly strained leg muscle. With manual therapy, adjustments, and rehab exercises on the floor, now I'm back to all my normal daily activities including heavy weightlifting. I feel better and stronger than even before the injury. Morgan and Lawrence are really friendly people and made going to the chiropractor fun. Thanks for everything!
