The foot and ankle must have the right balance of stability and mobility to function well. Without it, pain can build up in the heel, arch, and around the ankle and also lead to tightness in the calves, hamstrings, and shins.

Other common conditions
Lower back pain and low back issues can occur suddenly, or can develop slowly over time. Chronic pain in the low back can result from disc injuries such as herniations or ruptures, joint problems, and irritated or inflamed nerves.
