 Born and raised in Seattle, WA, Joriah attended Seattle University where she studied Strategic Communication. With a professional background in customer service and experience in the tech industry, she made a purposeful transition into healthcare to align her career with her passion for health and fitness. Drawn to working alongside like-minded individuals, she was excited to join a role that reflects her values and interests.

She did ballet for 10 years, wrestled competitively, and is currently a competitive Olympic weightlifter. She has earned two gold medals and one silver, competing in the 49kg weight class. Her favorite lift is the clean and jerk. Outside the gym, she enjoys cooking and playing guitar.
