 Rene’s passion for fitness and strength training began as a personal journey and naturally evolved into a professional career spanning the past seven years. He holds certifications in Weight Management, Personal Training, and PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) Stretching. With a strong foundation in movement and recovery, Rene focuses on helping individuals improve mobility, restore function, and build resilience after injury through targeted stretching and mobility work.

At Tangelo, Rene is proud to be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to whole-body wellness. He is deeply committed to guiding clients through personalized rehab strategies that support their unique recovery journeys and long-term health.

Outside of the clinic, Rene enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with his family—living the active, balanced lifestyle he promotes every day.
